In support of FTA, BCG developed a program of activities for this Safety Summit designed to: enhance CEO awareness regarding emerging safety trends that place workers, passengers, and infrastructure at risk; to share effective practices developed by some of the Nation’s CEOs; and to reverse negative safety trends.
We teamed with industry specialist ZetaTech to develop and deliver refresher track inspection training to over 150 track workers at CTA, SEPTA, and Maryland MTA to improve employee skills and safety awareness
